Responsibilities

  • - Lead the function across the core facets of CORPORATE, CONSUMER and EMPLOYEE Communications
  • - Establish and strengthen authentic connections with INTERNAL and EXTERNAL audiences across WE to advance the Converse narrative through clear, consistent, breakthrough brand, purpose and product storytelling
  • - Lead and coordinate multi-territory plans to achieve the best possible coverage for Converse across Global Partners
  • - Drive the strategy and budget planning for all related Communications events
  • - Build and develop strategic media relationships with key media and media influencers that regularly cover or engage with Converse
  • - Actively create new media relationships
  • - Proactively engage with and drive storytelling around our diverse workforce to position Converse as the most inspiring company for employees
  • - Act as media spokesperson for Converse at key brand and corporate events
  • - Develop and execute media messaging, including brand, athlete, influencer and crisis communications
