Responsibilities

  • - Provide support to projects, including Process Technology and Engineering expertise to reach project quality, cost and schedule
  • - Provide process related inputs to support project team with process know how
  • - Provide support to all relevant process safety and HAZOP activities to reach project safety goals
  • - Prepare documentation for process (basic, detail, interface, final) in EPDS 1-99 Project File Structure to ensure the delivery package fully compliant
  • - Follow process related workflows and guidelines, coordinate technical personnel in view of legal obligation and company policy to ensure complete and consistent process design package
  • - Provide support to permit engineering with process data to ensure regulations are followed
  • - Provision of design flows & conditions for equipment, piping & PCT to ensure complete and consistent process design package
  • - Responsible for updating changes in PFD /PID (Ownership) to ensure the delivery package fully compliant
  • - Responsible for updating mass and energy balances (based on process simulations provided by Process Expert / TCI) to ensure project key know how are maintained
  • - Clarify boundary conditions of raw material supply (impurities) and interfaces with infrastructure and logistics (utility demand, final product storage) to ensure logistic and infrastructure related scope elements are well defined
