  • Ability to lead projects from discovery through to delivery, gathering requirements and actionable insights to inform design and iteratively test with customers to optimise the experience.
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues from across Aviva to deliver the best outcomes for our customers, including Product, Engineering, Data, UX Research, Accessibility and Legal.
