Responsibilities

  • Designing for Bupa.co.uk and other browser-based experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Translate customer insights into compelling and seamless customer experiences in line with our brand.
  • Working closely with project stakeholders to understand business requirements to deliver design solutions within project timeframes.
  • You will contribute to playbacks, design crits and other communities of practice sessions to highlight your discipline's work, enable constructive feedback and elevate the quality of the craft.
  • Contribute to the inherent pillars of our team's culture; psychological safety, celebrating success, and learning from each other.
  • Support and adopt the use of the organisation's Design System, ‘Anatomy' and contribute to the community.
  • Create assets for the design system, including component updates and iterations.
