Ensure all events align with business objectives, and deliver impactful experiences while staying on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams to develop event briefs, align on event goals, and execute initiatives that foster engagement and alignment across the organization. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure all parties are informed and aligned on deliverables.
  • Process Improvement and Engagement: Leverage a deep understanding of current processes, operational workflows, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead the planning, implementation, and adoption of new engagement processes and initiatives, ensuring that employees are informed, inspired, and connected.
  • Project Management and Risk Mitigation: Develop detailed project plans, including Workback Schedules, timelines, and production schedules for all events. Actively monitor progress, manage changes to scope, and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track. Provide regular updates to the Product Events Manager and other cross-functional leaders.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Own the event budget, ensuring that all projects are delivered within financial constraints. Track expenses, manage vendor relationships, and submit expense reports in accordance with timelines. Ensure efficient allocation of resources and maintain a heads-up approach to identify any potential budget or resource issues in advance.
  • Event Communication and Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Communications team to integrate key messaging into event assets. After each event, create detailed wrap-up reports that include performance metrics, survey results, successes, and opportunities for future improvements.
