Responsibilities

  • Oversee the program lifecycle from concept inception to sunset of the program, including conducting market research, building business strategies, developing performance objectives and outcome-based roadmaps.
  • Participate in defining the strategic vision, product roadmaps, product prioritization, execution and product support for desired customer solutions.
  • Prepare product / program plans, design products, programs and processes, and conduct analyses in accordance with established customer and market needs, and SRP requirements.
  • Identify and secure the services of third-party partners and program implementors and actively manage their performance to ensure product / programs deliver intended results.
  • Leverage SRP's corporate strategies to set alignment with priorities and deliver continuous improvement and workflow across multiple teams.
  • Manage all aspects of the product / program performance, including financial, risk, operations and business performance.
  • Possess product management and development experience in defining, developing, launching, implementing and supporting customer programs and products.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to handoff for internal development of qualified concepts. Collaborate and partner with internal cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, customer service and external partners/implementers to prepare for product launch.
  • Develop commercial business models and business cases to evaluate product opportunities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders in building consensus around common objectives for product offerings.
  • Leader in customer collaboration across all stages of work. Ensures customer needs are consistently met.
