  • Set up the RPM Living Resident App at participating communities, partnering with site-level and regional operators to collect key information for each community’s buildout.
  • Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting requests, working with third-party support to provide solutions.
  • Work directly with users to collect feedback around UI/UX, workflows, reporting, and other areas to develop optimization recommendations.
  • Assist the VP of Rental Operations with managing the product roadmap and monitoring enhancement timelines.
  • Monitor app adoption, resident preferences/behaviors/concerns, and other KPIs to inform decision-making processes and better refine strategies.
  • Work with operators and central support teams to regularly implement new workflows based on user data and product enhancements.
  • Partner with Learning & Development to create and optimize a robust training program for RPM’s associates.
  • Regularly educate associates, both formally and informally, around product best practices.
  • Track and regularly report on the performance of the RPM Living Resident App.
