Responsibilities

  • Ownership/Creation Product’s Roadmap
  • Perform Physician shadowing/conduct interviews
  • Deeply understand DaVita’s business and problems that are business leaders need us to solve to advance our corporate strategy
  • Capture user feedback
  • Evaluate and rank potential features
  • Fulfill duties of Product Owner for DaVita CKD EHR Team
  • Write requirements, and user stories
  • Prioritize features
  • Manage backlog of features
  • Prepare for and participate in PI/enhancement planning in collaboration with technical teams
  • Providing clarification on user stories, objectives, and priorities
  • Partner with legal, compliance, privacy, and risk to mitigate Village risk
  • Lead governance process to gather feedback from customers
  • Lead monthly sprint cycle process
  • Partner with Training, Customer Success Managers, Analysts, Project Managers, and other CKD EHR teams to clarify and design solutions
  • Perform Product Analytics, define and measure feature success criteria
