Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, and roadmap of our inventory product; working closely with our VP of Product in alignment with company goals and market demands
  • Continuously refine and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders across the business
  • Competitor analysis to gather insights and identify opportunities for product development
  • Understand customer needs and behaviours to inform product decisions and roadmap
  • Prioritise features, enhancements, and initiatives based on business impact, user feedback, and technical feasibility
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure the timely delivery of product releases
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and commercial teams to bring new features and facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment across departments.
  • Oversee the end to end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch
  • Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
  • Use analytics and key performance indicators to assess product performance. Use data to drive product improvements and iterate on features.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, representing their needs and feedback within the company. Work with customer success and sales teams to gather insights and respond to product-related inquiries.
