Responsibilities

  • Partner with key stakeholders to establish the product vision, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product considerations with the overall vision, features, and roadmap.
  • Leverage customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with staff and external partners to create and maintain key product documentation, including customer journey map, process mapping, user stories, etc.
  • Identify and define key non-functional requirements (e.g., security, availability, performance) to achieve the organizational review growth.
  • Build and prioritize product backlog to achieve OKRs.
  • Continuously update the backlog through meetings with stakeholders and the product team.
  • Ensure product adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Define functional and non-functional product requirements for the IT team.
  • Validate user story acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with data stewards to ensure data quality controls are implemented.
  • Manage dependencies with cross-functional teams while identifying and building strategic partnerships.
  • Regularly participate in product meetings and communicate with stakeholders to align goals and vision.
