  • Market Insights and VOC: Conduct market assessments, gather customer feedback, and share insights with Product Management;
  • Positioning and Messaging: Create messages highlighting unique selling points, address customer pain points and reinforce brand identity;
  • Pricing and Supply Chain Insights: Provide regional price points and lead time requirements to meet diverse market requirements;
  • Lead Generation and Enablement: Collaborate with revenue operations, marketing, and training teams to develop lead generation programs, sales enablement strategies, and training for sales teams;
  • Channel and Sales Support: Partner with channel managers and sales teams to develop channel strategies and understand market nuances;
  • Integrated Solutions and Feedback: Evaluate pull-through opportunities, refine solution messaging, and ensure effective communication of value propositions;
  • Marketing Communications: Partner with Marketing Communications to define the target audience and guide messaging. Oversee the creation of sales tools and promotional materials to effectively communicate product value.
