Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage team agile ceremonies such as refinement, planning, reviews, inceptions and retrospectives
  • Maintain the product backlog, ensuring that an appropriate amount of ready backlog is maintained
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure focus are on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Define product release plans and communicate delivery progress/milestones to all impacted stakeholders regularly.
  • Manage production issues, customer support queries and overseeing small fixes and enhancements into the backlog
  • Explore and refine the product roadmap by partnering closely with the Product Manager
  • Work closely with the Tech Lead to translate needs into user stories with detailed feature specifications and well-defined acceptance criteria
  • Participate and contribute to research on new greenfield products that change the way our customers use SiteMinder
  • Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
