Responsibilities

  • - Plans and implements an effective recruitment strategy for professional, licensed, technical and support personnel.
  • - Conducts effective job interviews.
  • - Screens applicants to include background checks, references, and verification of education & licensure when appropriate.
  • - Consults with Hiring Managers to identify employment and business needs.
  • - Describes available positions, benefits, and the wage/salary program to prospective employees.
  • - Searches for qualified applicants using advertising, online tools, job fairs, visiting college campuses, or other innovative methods of sourcing potential talent.
  • - Refers qualified applicants to Hiring Managers for employment consideration and follows up with Hiring Managers to determine applicant status.
  • - Serves as a resource to Leadership for Employment and other Human Resources issues.
  • - Other duties as assigned.
