  • Perform administrative tasks such as processing expenses, timekeeper administration and sign off for the team.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion and integrity.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the team.
