Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the strategic design, monitoring and management of assigned portfolio programs of Oxfam Pilipinas.
  • Develop, adapt and embed Oxfam Pilipinas’ Strategic Partnership Model including developing and embedding partnership assessment and capacity development tools across the organisation.
  • Leads on any partnership-related challenges and seeks to resolve them in a mutually beneficial and amicable way by ensuring open and transparent communication between all parties.
  • Expand and maintain genuine partnerships that align with the Strategic Partnership Model and support high quality delivery of Oxfam Pilipinas’ strategy.
  • Supervise and mentor key assigned Oxfam Pilipinas staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of programs.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and review of strategic monitoring, evaluation, learning and social accountability mechanisms.
  • Provide strategic inputs to the organisation’s country strategy, portfolio programs, program design for business development, campaigns, and monitoring and evaluation to ensure the achievement of agreed organisational goals and vision.
