Responsibilities

  • Provide the Strategy and Planning Directorate with dedicated programme support for the strategic estates, planning, strategy, and population health management related work streams and provide planning and programme support to the directorate, ensuring cohesive team working, managing multiple work streams and helping to create and deliver important reporting requirements.
  • They will be responsible for managing programmes of work for the directorate, using agreed tools and providing reports as defined; proactively developing and maintaining administrative and programme support systems to the estates team.
  • They will also have responsibility to transpose complex and high-level plans and strategies into more user-friendly infographics and other forms of appropriate communication.
  • They will be expected to coordinate and monitor the S106 application process for the LLR ICB/ICS, ensuring timely submissions and notifications to the relevant directorates and providers upon successful s106/CIL agreements.
