Responsibilities

  • Assist PM in clerical duties such as gathering data and generating reports as required to support PM and staff
  • Communicating with inter Evoqua personnel to understand scheduling activities, prepare submittals; update schedules within SAP, attend schedule review meetings, attend large project review meetings, and takes notes and action items to follow up
  • Maintain project filing structure, creation of transmittals, warranty letters, closeout checklists
  • Assist PM & PC with project closure
  • Track status of PO placing purchase req; may assist in various SAP data entry
  • Tracking of PM utilization
  • Support the monitoring of schedule attainment
  • Assist in meeting project/customer requirements and keeping track of project/customer requirements
  • Margin attainment
  • Customer satisfaction
