Providing expert engineering support to address technical customer queries across us metrology and Sensus portfolio.</li><li>
Supporting the Product &amp; Application Manager in testing new roadmap items / features across the product range.</li><li>
Developing and managing detailed technical responses for tenders.</li><li>
Overseeing end-to-end RMA processes to ensure efficient resolution and customer satisfaction</li><li>
Triaging and diagnosing metering queries and issues with precision and efficiency.</li><li>
Offering direct, high-quality technical guidance to tier 1 utilities, partners, and distributors.</li><li>
Maintaining and building robust knowledge base articles and best practices.</li><li>
Conducting training programs to enhance technical proficiency for customers and partners.</li><li>
Driving innovation through solution selling that aligns with customer needs and<br>
business goals.</li></ul><div></div><div>
About you:</div><ul><li>
Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in tier 1 technical support / engineering roles</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or technology qualifications desired</li><li>
ITIL or equivalent desired</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully communicate with customers.</li><li>
Moderate level of regional and state travel is required which includes field site work and<br>
customer engagement.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
