Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager with day to day processes
  • Communicate directly with Designers, Copywriter, Production, Producers and Marketing leads
  • Contribute to status meetings and documentation including daily prioritization, creating timelines and ensuring the creative and production team has what they need to run smoothly
  • Intake creative briefs, organize requirements and set up project timelines in Adobe Workfront
  • Identify issues and risks in given projects, help manage expectations, and communicate potential blockers with appropriate stakeholders
  • Track and communicate project updates to appropriate stakeholders
  • Participate in collecting feedback from team/partners about areas of improvement and help develop process efficiencies
