  • Compiling and maintaining vendor and project documentation and certification in project files, equipment dossiers and manuals.
  • Assisting Project Engineers in compiling project reports to ensure projects remain within authorised budgets and schedules.
  • Administering projects within SAP (raising/ releasing, tracking and updating).
  • Ordering and receiving materials from AP stock locations and AP approved vendors.
  • Ordering stock from vendors both within UK and overseas, dispatching orders for materials, equipment and spares to Air Products engineering organisations around Europe and further afield as required.
