Responsibilities

  • - Develop and implement project timelines to ensure all deliverables are planned for and achieved
  • - Develop protocols for designing and delivering all training and technical assistance
  • - Work with evaluator to develop and implement quality-control assessments and strategy for ongoing continuous improvement
  • - Lead team on all week-by-week activities
  • - Develop and implement strategies for seamless and effective communication across all team members
  • - Develop study reports for all relevant stakeholders
  • - Represent the project to DCY
  • - Trouble-shoot and problem-solve all day-to-day challenges
  • - Develop and collaborate among team for project materials (e.g., trainings, observational tools, surveys, online technical assistance) and implementation protocols
  • - Develop and implement strategy for quality control and continuous improvement
  • - Work with consultants and collaborators to achieve all deliverables
  • - Manage and supervise team members and maintain professional standards
  • - Develops and administers policies
  • - Establishes work schedules
