Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Technical and some commercial aspects of the project
  • Production of design deliverables such as datasheets, drawings, proposal documents, and Material submittal documents (either by the engineer or through the management of others)
  • Review specifications and drawings to ensure that scope is implemented in line with best practice and with the contract specification
  • Equipment selection
  • Working with suppliers to obtain quotations, place orders, fulfill contracts, including activities such as FATs
  • Help to maintain and improve contract margins
  • Attend client sites/offices to carry out investigation, preparation, clarification, progression and installation of proposals and contracts as required
  • Ensure that all work carried out complies with established Company policies and procedures/Code of Conduct
  • Adhere to company processes, quality standards, and company safety programs
  • Accountable for adhering to project document control processes and to ensure project files are complete for future reference
  • Achieve annual appraisal (CPG) goals
  • Is the Project Manager’s delegate
  • Participate in local and regional Watermark (Corporate social responsibility) activities
  • To undertake any other duties as and when necessary to meet the varying demands of the business and satisfy customer needs
