Responsibilities

  • Als Project Management Office Spezialist:in wirst du:
  • eine wichtige Unterstützung der Operational Excellence-Leitung und von Projektteams, z.B. strategischen Breakthrough-Teams, sein.
  • bei Implementierung, Koordination und Nutzung bewährter und etablierter ASML-Projekt- / Programmmanagementmethoden, Standards und Competence Center unterstützen.
  • Entscheidungen, Ergebnisse, Reports und Reviews in Projekten und mit Projektteams und mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern vorbereiten, analysieren, abfragen und besprechen, verfolgen, dokumentieren und vorantreiben.
  • Workshops, Meetings, Trainings und Veranstaltungen (z.B. Strategieprozesse) vorbereiten, bei deren Durchführung unterstützen und nachbereiten.
  • Projektpläne, Masterpläne, To-Do-Listen, Kennzahlen (KPI), Risiko- und Problemanalysen, Gap-Analysen etc. analysieren, verwalten und vorantreiben.
  • Projekte und Arbeitspakete zur Optimierung der Berliner Fabrik koordinieren, unterstützen und bei Teilprojekten mitarbeiten. Bei Bedarf Leitung von eigenen Teilprojekten oder kleinen Projekten mit begrenzter Komplexität übernehmen.
  • Präsentationen zu Projektmanagementstatus und -fortschritten vorbereiten bzw. durchführen und interne Kommunikation (z.B. bei deutsch- oder englischsprachigen Intranet-News, Newslettern) unterstützen.
