Responsibilities

  • Als Project Management Officer wirst du:
  • Unterstützung der OE-Leitung und von Projektteams, z.B. Breakthrough-Teams
  • Unterstützung bei Implementierung und Nutzung bewährter und etablierter ASML-Projekt- / Programmmanagementmethoden und Standards
  • Entscheidungen, Ergebnisse, Reports und Reviews in Projekten und Projektteams abfragen und vorantreiben
  • Planung, Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Workshops und Meetings, Erstellung von Unterlagen und Nachbereitung, inkl. Protokollierung
  • Verwaltung von Masterplänen, To-Do-Listen, Kennzahlen (KPI), Risiko- und Problemanalysen, Gap-Analysen etc.
  • Interaktion, Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Projekt- und Programm-Stakeholdern und -teams, Kennenlernen der ASML-Organisation
  • Unterstützung der Berliner Competence Center Implementation und Koordination
  • Unterstützung bei der Ableitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen, z.B. zur Optimierung von Projektmanagementprozessen und -standards
  • von Projektfortschritten und statistische Verfolgung bzw. Unterstützung bei der Erstellung geeigneter Kennzahlen (bereichsübergreifend)
  • Koordination, Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei Teilprojekten, Projekten und Arbeitspaketen zur Optimierung der Berliner Fabrik. Bei Bedarf Leitung von eigenen Teilprojekten oder kleinen Projekten mit begrenzter Komplexität
  • Erstellung von Reports zu Themen wie Projektmeilensteinen, Ressourcen, Budgeteinhaltung, Risiken und Abweichungen vs. Plan etc.
  • Teilnahme an und Steuerung von Projektmeetings und Protokollierung
  • Präsentation zu Projektmanagementstatus und -fortschritten sowie der Management Reports
  • Unterstützt die interne Kommunikation (z.B. bei Intranet-News, Newslettern)
  • Unterstützen des Berliner Strategieprozesses (Hoshin Kanri)
  • Teilnehmen am ASML OpEx / PMO Netzwerk, Competence Centern und Austausch, Verfolgung und Implementation von Best Practices (BKM)
  • Ansprechpartner für Projektmanagementdefinitionen und -methoden
  • Ansprechpartner für Projektteams, übernimmt eine beratende Funktion im Falle von Problemen in Projekten / Programmen, verfolgt und coacht PM-Fortschritte
  • bei der Bereitstellung und dem Aufbau von Fachwissen zu PM
