Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates sound business sense, technical knowledge, strong leadership, organizational ability, time management, communication skills, and professional client service technique.
  • Leads project from estimate through close-out documentation.
  • Manages delivery of individual projects and holds responsibility for the achievement of cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Develops and maintains project budgets, master schedules, and procurement strategy and controls the scope, cost, schedule, cost events, and quality.
  • Oversees activities of Project Engineers, Construction Managers, and Site Superintendents on projects.
  • Effectively communicates and coordinates between design construction, compliance, client, and subcontractor personnel.
  • Manages client interaction on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships.
  • Identifies risks to the project and corporation and works with Project Executives and Director of Operations to mitigate risks.
