  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Space Planning Project Officer.
  • We are seeking a proactive and organised project officer, whose primary role will be to manage and support space & accommodation projects and related project administration for the space and accommodation team.
  • The successful candidate will be based at the Sutton site and must be able to travel flexibly across our other sites and attended mandated face to face meetings and projects as required.

  • Organisational skills will be required to maximise delivery in the various projects & it will be essential to be able to manage competing demands and prioritise effectively.
  • This operational role has daily interactions with staff at all levels so clear, concise communication is important.
  • The successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen carefully and show understanding.
  • It is vital to identify significant factors and pull out any underlying risks within differing forms of communication.
