  • Find the best freelancers to meet your key account clients’ needs and be a strong recruitment partner for the clients due to your insights on the freelance market, the rates charged, skills and expectations of freelancers in the required jobs
  • You work hand-in-hand with the sales team and you proactively build solid relationships with sales and customers as a trusted partner
  • Advise your clients on writing strong briefings to attract the best freelancers
  • Conduct qualification interviews with freelancers at the client's request to select the most suited ones. You are an expert for the Malt algorithm and the associated best practices
  • Correct and train the algorithm on your jobs to help it find and contact the best freelancers
  • Advise freelancers to build a powerful profile and train them of good interviewing practices
