  • Develop, create and manage comprehensive plans (e.g. investments, resource allocation, timelines) to support project/program prioritization, execution and benefit verification, escalating issues and variances where necessary
  • Utilize change management methodologies to continually collaborate with stakeholders to understand & manage expectations and ensure sustainment of results
  • Facilitate all operational checkpoint activities throughout the project lifecycle such as requirement analysis, project initiation, planning, implementation, closure and sustainment verification
  • Proactively identify, assess and resolve project risks and issues as they are encountered
  • Foster a positive team environment, providing mentorship in project management best practices, guidance and support. Promote team collaboration and effective communication
