  • Establish material takeoffs and cost estimates.
  • Evaluate new and existing subcontractors.
  • Request and review bids.
  • Conduct effective negotiations to achieve the best value.
  • Maintain required documentation to remain audit/SOX compliant.
  • Ensure contract administration process flows efficiently.
  • Supplier and trade partner rationalization.
  • Hold trade partners to commitments, including contracts and scopes of work.
