Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspection of jewelry and other merchandise as per quality assurance standards in a timely manner and prioritized as necessary.
  • Update production QC results on the internal data dashboard.
  • Review and inspect Top samples, Initial production and New Launch production with precision and report defects if any.
  • Proactively identify gaps and areas of improvement to upgrade the QC process and take ownership of improvement projects.
  • Operate XRF machine for related testing and update results to QC dashboard.
  • Operate Diamond tester, Gross weight check machine for final QC reporting.
  • Assist with pre-QC racks placements and closing it daily.
  • Collaborate with the team lead for RTV units packaging and reporting process.
  • Inspect and report Made-to-order production to the assigned channel.
  • Review and update Supplier compliance audit log and other weekly and monthly reports.
  • Operate microscope, diamond tester, gross weight machine on requirement basis.
  • Sort, organize and report obsolete inventory, QC samples and other materials.
  • Conduct inventory audits when required.
  • Train new associates on the QC process.
