  • Steer Change Management for Quality & Business Excellence.
  • Promote continuous improvement using LEAN approaches.
  • Apply project management tools and Lean improvement techniques.
  • Provide frameworks for capturing productivity improvements.
  • Manage Quality for the business, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Establish Quality and Continuous Improvement as key business objectives.
  • Comply with business policies and guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports.
