Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures for manufacturing, prototyping and testing.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of our processes to ensure compliance with our standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and supply chain.
  • Monitor and analyse quality performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work closely with suppliers and our operation team to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update quality documentation, including control plans, specifications, FMEAs, and inspection criteria.
  • Support the introduction of new products by developing quality plans and validating manufacturing processes.
  • Report on quality metrics and provide recommendations for process improvements.
