Responsibilities

  • - will assist with the preparation of formal and adhoc investor reporting and client presentations
  • - will be engaged on portfolio management initiatives including performance monitoring/analysis and fund strategy
  • - will take responsibility for the monitoring and reporting of sustainability metrics and ESG performance, collaborating with the central sustainability teams where required, to ensure both asset and fund level targets are met
  • - will work alongside the rest of the Fund team and the asset management platform on real estate transactions including underwriting and co-ordination of due diligence
  • - will assist with the asset management of a diversified portfolio of assets. This will include the formulation, production and execution of an annual business plans
  • - will be comfortable liaising with a variety of internal teams and external advisors such as legal, valuation, property management, third party asset managers
