Responsibilities

  • What sort of work? Right now, our highly regarded Real Estate group is looking for a Solicitor to join our growing Transactional Real Estate (TRE) team. This role will support the TRE team in delivering first class service to its clients. The role provides a varied workload including:
  • Residential development work acting for wide range of developers and landowners, including setting up sites for disposal of dwellings and sale of affordable housing
  • Strategic land work acting for promoters and landowners including promotion agreements and options and linking with our leading private wealth practice
  • Landlord and tenant and commercial real estate and development work – acting for broad spectrum of corporates, public authorities, trusts, charities and landowners and including a range of infrastructure and sustainable development projects
  • Energy work including projects across a range of energy technologies and BESS and servicing a range of leading energy company clients
  • The role will encompass a range of work within these areas depending on your enthusiasm and experience.
