Responsibilities

  • Delivery of end-to-end real estate strategy and real time implementation, which includes process governance, adherence to client SOPs and transaction support in collaboration with local brokerage teams – including but not limited to, acquisitions (buy, lease, built-to-suit) and divestments (sale, lease exits)
  • Monitor project timelines and resolve / escalate variances, going on to de-escalate and facilitate continuous improvement
  • Conduct weekly / monthly review meetings, maintenance of WIP trackers and consistent reporting to the client’s local and regional teams
  • Oversee negotiations, monitor transactions, critical date review, market benchmarking, and maintenance of lease database based on client tools
  • Proficient at portfolio strategy and financial modelling (DCF, residual and direct comparison approach) of various scenarios and working with client stakeholders from corporate real estate, legal, finance, business etc. for internal consensus and business case approvals
  • Drive portfolio analysis for owned asset monetization which will involve preparation and review of divestment / sale approval papers with the client’s internal steering committee
  • Support in facilitating landlord / counterparty due diligence between the client and external parties
  • Support the client’s real estate and business teams in conjunction with the CBRE account team for early preparedness and ensuring that client objectives are met taking into consideration shifting market dynamics and client’s local/regional guidelines
