Responsibilities

  • - The Receptionist will coordinate the operations of patient information, welcome, meet and greet patient navigation programs, and ensure a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
  • - The goal is achieved through various channels by working with multidisciplinary team members to provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in order to achieve a high level of satisfaction and enhance first impressions.
