Responsibilities

  • Être notre ambassadeur d’accueil, recevoir le client dès son arrivée dans l’établissement et l’accompagner à la réception, l’aiguiller au sein de notre lobby et si l’occasion se présente, l’assister avec ses bagages
  • Accueillir le client à la réception, effectuer l'enregistrement dans le système
  • Effectuer les transactions financières (encaissements, débours, change des devises, etc.)
  • Présenter et promouvoir l'établissement et la chaîne Marriott International
  • Faire adhérer et fidéliser les clients en leur expliquant le programme Marriott BonVoy
  • Régler les litiges éventuels de façon à satisfaire les clients
  • Préparer les formalités de départ en expliquant la facturation au client
  • Préparer les dossiers débiteurs pour les transférer à la comptabilité
  • Verser les divers encaissements et devises selon les procédures en vigueur
  • Membre de l’équipe « At Your Service », gérer les appels internes et externes
  • Respecter les procédures, standards et valeurs Marriott
  • Assister les Night Audit Leader et Responsable de nuit dans la clôture journalière
