Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day execution of the full cycle recruitment process for both clinical and non-clinical roles
  • Partner and consult with hiring managers to understand position being filled and ideal candidate profile
  • Actively identify, recruit and engage candidates and perform outbound sourcing efforts to fill positions in a timely fashion with high quality talent
  • Review and assess candidate’s experience, education, training, and other qualifications against the candidate profile
  • Provider a best in class candidate experience for all candidates while establishing and maintain relationships to ensure a robust talent funnel for current and future opportunities
  • Oversee candidate screening and interview scheduling coordination
  • Successfully represent the employer brand for the benefit of talent recruitment
  • Ability to recruit for various locations/geographies throughout the system
  • Effectively communicate with managers to ensure all recruitment needs are met
  • Attend job fairs, conferences and recruitment opportunities as needed
