Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic development of the regional 4-year rolling launch plan, maximizing economic value, and ensuring strategic fit with global, regional, and country strategies
  • Track the technical and commercial readiness process for all Region International launches engaging all key stakeholders at local, regional & global levels
  • Focus on securing FTM/Day 1/in-time readiness for planned launches; track launch performance for key launches and trigger relevant actions to deliver financial launch target
  • Implement process improvement actions under the current Launch Excellence framework within the International Region (i.e., ONE LAUNCH). It includes diagnosis by analyzing performance at a task level, root cause analysis to derive lessons learnt, codification of processes going forward; and development of detailed action plans including owners and project management to ensure timely implementation
  • Optimize current digital tracking tools (i.e., ONE LAUNCH Dashboard) to reduce mistakes, decrease workload and ensure having everything embedded into SANITY system as the ONE single source of truth
  • Develop a communication and training plan to ensure best practices are well known and systematically implemented across countries and functions in the International Region
