  • - Lead the TMTI franchise (MitraClip & TriClip) for the assigned Region, coordinating the regional field force team
  • - Under the supervision of the Division Manager, develop and implement strategies for the assigned Region to meet annual sales target, budget and market share goals.
  • - Support introduction of new SH technologies in the market, leading new therapies adoption and growth.
  • - Coordinate the regional field force team in executing selling process, clinical activities (including cases support and screening), therapy development and marketing campaigns.
  • - Manage negotiations and tenders, monthly/quarterly forecasts, reporting, market trend and competitive analysis.
  • - Cultivate relationships with customers, KOLs and all the relevant external stakeholders.
  • - Closely work in cooperation with internal functions (Marketing, Medical Affair, Health Economics, Tender, Customer Service).
  • - Act in compliance with applicable procedures and policies.
