Responsibilities

  • Deep dive in data led-opportunities for hardware reliability, repair compliance and standardization initiatives.
  • Significantly contribute to the planning process, often leading the development of OKRs, roadmaps, and budgets.
  • Partner, influence and help implement training, quality standards and processes with cross-functional teams on training, hardware and compliance.
  • Build a culture of compliance in our warehouse teams where repair SOPs are challenged and systematically improved. Serve as a HW subject matter expert for our products.
  • Provide Maintenance and Hardware Feedback between Local Ops and our Global Service Center.
  • Continuously improve compliance and quality metrics both on the warehouse floor as well as transactional by collaborating with multiple functions such as product, compliance and mechanic managers.
