  • - Maintains New Innovations (Resident Management Online Program), enters schedules, creates evaluations, duty hour logs, conference attendance, and compiles reports.
  • - Assists in all aspects of academic year-end events and graduate compliance.
  • - Provides direct administrative coordination and assistance to the Manager of Medical Education Programs and the Director of Administration including scheduling and coordinating events and meetings throughout the year.
  • - Assists with visitors and guests as necessary, answers office phone, routes mail and faxes, and maintains resident lounge.
  • - Coordinates Program CME activities and monitors lecturer compliance.
