What is the salary range for the Residential Childcare Worker position?
The salary ranges between £11.44 and £12.50 per hour (pro-rata), based on your skills and experience. Additionally, you'll receive £50 for every sleep-in, averaging £610 per month.
What are the working hours for this position?
You will work 35-40 hours per week, with one full weekend off each month. Bank staff have the flexibility of a zero-hour contract.
Is there a holiday pay structure for employees?
Yes, you can benefit from up to 224 hours of annual leave (pro-rata), and there are generous bonuses and overtime pay for working during special times, such as Christmas and Bank Holidays.
What kind of training and support do you provide for new staff?

What experience is required for this role?
A minimum of one year of experience in residential childcare, therapeutic work, or child protection is required, along with the ability to work well in a team and independently.
