Responsibilities

  • Dealing with residential plot sales
  • Assisting the solicitors in the team with due diligence on residential development sites (e.g. title checks, property searches etc)
  • Residential conveyancing/auction sales– preparing contract packs, dealing with enquiries etc
  • Post completion – preparing Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions, submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns
  • Making and receiving telephone calls to deal with routine client enquiries and communications
  • Running weekly sales progress meetings with clients
  • Managing documentation, taking responsibility for carrying out conveyancing searches and dealing with post completion activities.
  • Working with housebuilders, social housing providers and local authorities.
