      <li>Dealing with residential plot sales</li>
      <li>Assisting the solicitors in the team with due diligence on residential development sites (e.g. title checks, property searches etc)</li>

      <li>Post completion – preparing Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions, submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns</li>

     <p>Previous real estate and/or paralegal experience would be useful but is not essential, however you'll be degree educated, with a law degree or GDL being desirable. The role will utilise and develop your commercial awareness and compliance knowledge, and will involve analysing some complex commercial matter and US related conflicts.</p>
