Responsibilities

  • Identifier, recenser, les projets pour formaliser et mettre à jour la road map projets de Business Operations en coordination avec les autres Directions de Canon France et Canon Europe pour anticiper et aligner les impacts de organisationnels et de charge.
  • Formaliser les fiches projets et quantifier les ressources nécessaires,
  • Etablir des plannings précis et coordonner le déploiement des projets.
  • Organiser les réunions de lancement de projet.
  • Gérer activement la priorisation et l'ordonnancement des projets pour garantir leur exécution dans les délais et budgets impartis.
  • Assurer le pilotage de la road map et prendre en charge plusieurs projets en parallèl
  • Evaluer les risques, proposer et suivre la mise en œuvre des actions correctrices pour garantir la satisfaction clients (externes et internes et des utilisateurs / collaborateurs)
