  • Good cross-functional collaboration skills, rapid decision-making, and relationship building. Must be able to adapt communication to different audiences and stakeholder seniority.
  • Especially a good understanding of sales cycles and inbound pipelines
  • Must be data driven and prioritize objective decision making
  • Experience with digital and offline marketing (CRM, nurture flows, content, events and field marketing, trade shows)
  • Strategic thinking and autonomy to prioritize tasks, problem solve, and see the bigger picture. Must be comfortable forging their own path from ambiguity. Fast to execute.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for studying the UK+IE pipelines, looking into channel performance, sales cycles, conversion rates and other key metrics.
  • You will lead the strategy on talking points and keep your finger on the pulse of market and competitor changes and trends. You would be expected to consistently provide insights on how to adapt to competitor and market trends and mitigate risks.
  • To achieve this, you will:
  • Lead the event strategy, negotiate with the UK vendors and execute the strategy
  • Own UK+IE buyer’s knowledge: understand our segments, industries and personas, and lead the strategy to adapt our marketing efforts to the sales cycle and the buyer’s journey
  • Strive to build a predictable pipeline that makes it easy to forecast and replicate success
  • Partner with PR and our content creators to create more content, promote it more efficiently and help UK+IE Wellhub and our country lead become thought leaders in the market
  • You need to be a business partner to the UK+IE Revenue teams, working in alignment with them and ensuring mutual accountability to ensure the revenue team can anticipate marketing action as well as understand marketing impact.
  • You will be expected to engage with executive level stakeholders, build resource and budget business cases that require buy-in and have impact across different markets and teams.
  • You will need to work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure alignment and success of different channels to generate enterprise revenue
  • You will be measured on: marketing-sourced revenue, marketing-influenced revenue, pipeline generation, and speed and conversion rates
  • You will be responsible for analyzing the data and generating insights and market intelligence
