The main responsibility of a Role Analyst is to undertake formal reviews of roles for job evaluation using the HERA grading system, and to provide expert advice on pay-related areas to Departments and HR staff.
Is experience with the HERA grading system required for this position?
A detailed understanding of the job evaluation process is required, ideally through experience with HERA; however, experience with other job evaluation schemes may also be considered.
