Responsibilities

  • Angebotserstellung – Du coachst und unterstützt die Erstellung von wettbewerbsfähigen, auf unsere Kunden zugeschnittenen Angeboten vom Kick-off bis zum Pitch im Bereich Consulting.
  • Sales Coaching – Du behältst den Gesamtprozess im Blick, übernimmst bei Bedarf die Koordinierung und Abstimmung verschiedener interner und externer Schnittstellen, steuerst geübt durch Meetings sowie durch den Proposalprozess und achtest im Nachgang auf die Aufgabenerfüllung.
  • Proposalsupport – Du unterstützt unsere Engagement Teams mithilfe erprobter Ansätze und innovativer Tools, unter Einhaltung der PwC-CI Vorgaben und unter Berücksichtigung kundenspezifischer Anforderungen.
  • Beratungsfunktion – Du berätst unsere Engagement Teams hinsichtlich Angebotsstrategie, Storytelling, USPs sowie geeigneter Medien zur Darstellung (Print, Präsentationen, Web-Formate etc.), arbeitest bei Bedarf auch redaktionell und verfasst bzw. überarbeitest Proposaltexte und führst qualitative Reviews und professionelle Pitch-Rehearsals durch.
