Responsibilities

  • Receiving, analysing and loading new requests for groups/meetings in SFA Web in a timely manner for proper service
  • Evaluate, qualify and respond to leads in a professional and timely manner. Majority of communication will be via email, SFA Web and telephone
  • Follow-up with hotels to make sure a group meeting offer is submitted and is in SFA Web
  • Act as the liaison between the customer and hotel(s) to present rate proposals, maximise or convert potential bookings, and close the sale. This includes email/call follow-up with clients/hotels on pending groups as required, to assist in securing group meetings
  • Consistently update and maintain SFA Web figures, status and seller activities to ensure up-to-date information on group business
